Performance Pathway
Our Goals:
- Develop versatile, robust problem solvers with skills that scale.
- Develop Victorian players for the potential of representing Australia.
- Prepare players for the next level (e.g US College, international baseball, ABL etc).
- Grow & develop the game.
Futures
Who: Top performing U12s & U14s boys & girls at club level with interest in HP pathway.
What: Weekly east & west based sessions in February & March, culminating in a 2 day tournament.
Prospects
Who: Top performers at AYC/AYWC or similar, showing indications of potential to develop traits required in HP pathway. Generally U16/18 ages.
What: Winter academy alongside Select players.
Select
Who: National squad member, college commit, professional signee.
What: Preparatory winter academy.
State Teams
Who: Top performers at club level.
What: Performing at Baseball Australia's national championships (AYC/AWC/AYWC), with preparatory summer academy.
